The photographer perfectly captured the essence of a gentle Youghiogheny Spring day along the scenic and historic river in far western Maryland. The "Yok" as we call it flows through three states and at certain points is known to offer some of the best canoeing, kayaking, and rafting around. Out of the camera's eye, local residents lazed in lawn chairs along the river bank as kayakers made their way through light rapids. Youghiogheny Spring will add a serene calm to any environment.
