Here's a personal favorite that has become so popular! A few years ago I was playing with ways to use large hole gem beads and birthed this adjustable drop design. It's so simple, but such fun! The gem bead adjusts up and down on its chain by nudging the little silicone-filled stopper bead, so you can wear the earrings symmetrically or at different levels (which is my favorite positioning). I use a stainless steel post for this style to maximize the chain length, which is usually about 3". Pictured are natural Mookaite barrel beads, but any shape/size gem bead works. Up to 3 beads (6mm or 8mm) can be used, but the asymmetry is more fun with a single bead. This design is also great for showing off opposite colors - one black, one white; one red, one green, etc. The price is $25, regardless, so just tell me what you'd like.
